SLO Street Properties, LLC owns, manages and rents single-family homes to college students who attend Cal Poly. All homes are in prime locations walking distance to campus. Each home exhibits pride in ownership with extensive upgrades.
244 Albert Drive is a recently remodeled home perfect for up to 9 students. The main house can accommodate 7 within its 5 bedrooms (2 rooms are large enough share) with 3 full bathrooms, a large family room, kitchen and balcony deck. The listing for every home states when the home will be available for rent.
Generally speaking, we begin taking applications on December 1st prior to the current lease expiring. For example, if a home will not be available until July 2026, applications will be considered starting on December 1, 2025.
When you have your group determined, a bio on each student should be submitted to start the application process, which should include your major, interests, references, contact information and other pertinent information you want to be considered by SLO Street Properties. Each applicant group should appoint a primary contact. This will facilitate coordination and minimize confusion.
Drive by any properties (please do not disturb the current tenants). Interior access will only be provided after approval of submitted bios.
Homes are generally rented for a minimum of a 2-year term commencing in July. Each student must have a guarantor who will guarantee payment and all other lease obligations. At lease signing, both the first month's rent and the security deposit are due.
We recognize that many students will go abroad during college. SLO Street Properties is very accommodating to allowing the student to enter into a sublease with a replacement student of his/her choosing providing all remaining tenants in the home approve of the replacement tenant.
Utilities will be in the name or names of the tenants and are the responsibility of the tenants
