You're welcome to drive by any property (please don't disturb current tenants). Interior access is arranged after initial contact.
A two-year lease is preferred, but a one-year lease will be considered. Each student must have a guarantor who will guarantee payment and all lease obligations. First month's rent and security deposit are due within 7 days of signing.
We accommodate study abroad through sublease arrangements. You can find a replacement student of your choosing, provided the remaining tenants approve.
Utilities are in the tenants' names and are their responsibility.
Homes are not furnished, but all appliances including washer/dryer are included in every home.
Yes — landscaping service is provided twice a month at no additional cost to tenants.
Yes. All tenants are required to carry renters insurance for the duration of the lease. SLO Street Properties, LLC must be listed as an additional named insured on the policy.
